AMAZING HAND PAINTING

We are in primary and we are going to learn a lot of things of Art. 

In october we worked our feelings and we played with our faces: happy, sad, angry, surprised...

Also, we learned that we can be a brilliant artists following the example of other famous artists. 

We knew Guido Daniele and his art of painting on hands. It is a different way to paint and it is very interesting and funny.

MIDDLE AGES

Every friday we travel to the past: to the Middle Ages and we become knights and princesses. 

We have learnt some things about the painting of the Middle Ages. 

Fra Angelico painted a beautiful painting: The Announciation.

This painting remember the moment when angel Gabriel announced Maria to become the mother of Jesus. 

We are imitating this famous artwork in every level and this will be a huge painting.

Cada viernes viajamos al pasado: a la Edad Media, y nos convertimos en caballeros y princesas. Hemos aprendido algunas cosas sobre la pintura de la Edad Media. 

Fra Angelico pinto un precioso cuadro: La Anunciación. 

Este cuadro reuerda el momento en el que el ángel Gabriel anunció a María que iba a ser la madre de Jesús. 

Estamos imitando este cuadro en todos los niveles y será una pintura gigante.

MERRY CHRISTMAS!

We made two christmas garlands to decore our homes.

On the one hand, we made nice little angels with: cardboards, muffin papers and colored pencils. 

On the other hand, we made christmas trees with: temperas, cardboards and ribbons. 

We prepared them with hopeful and enthusiasm, because its were going to be our christmas gifts for our family. 

The students of first level wish you have present art in your life: in christmas and in the rest of the year. 

Hicimos dos guirnaldas para decorar nuestra casa.

Por una parte, hicimos unos simpáticos angelitos con: cartulinas, papelinas de magdalena y colores. 

Por otra parte, hicimos un árbol de navidad con: témperas, cartulina y lazos. 

Los preparamos con mucha ilusión y entusiasmo porque iban a ser los regalos de navidad para nuestra familia.

Los alumnos de primero os desean que tengáis presente el arte en vuestra vida: en navidad y el resto del año. 

WELCOME TO PRIMARY!

In primary, we enjoy a lot learning english through arts and crafts.

It’s very important how I feel at school and every day we sing a song about feelings.

We started with self-portraits. We did our face with pencil and colored pencils, and then, we used clay to make the hair. It was so much fun!

En primaria disfrutamos un montón aprendiendo inglés a través de plástica. 

Es muy importante cómo nos sentimos en el cole y cada día cantamos una canción sobre las emociones. Empezamos con los autorretratos. Hicimos nuestra cara con lápiz y colores, y luego utilizamos plastilina para hacer nuestro pelo. ¡Fue muy divertido!
